1. User Responsibilities
By using DumaHero, you agree to provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, and treat riders, business partners, and other users with respect. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Rider Responsibilities
Riders must hold a valid driver’s license, operate a roadworthy vehicle, follow traffic laws, and fulfill accepted bookings professionally and safely. Riders are responsible for the items they transport and must report issues promptly.
3. Business Partner Responsibilities
Business Partners must provide accurate business information, fulfill orders honestly, maintain required licenses, and comply with DumaHero’s marketplace standards. Partners are responsible for their products, pricing, and customer service.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide correct pickup and drop-off details, be available for the booking, and pay the agreed fare. Clients should not request prohibited items or services and must respect riders and partners.
5. Payment Policies
Fares and fees are calculated and displayed before booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods include cash on delivery, Maya, and PalawanPay. Riders are responsible for remitting applicable platform fees per billing cycle.
6. Booking Policies
Bookings may be offered to a public pool of riders or directed to a specific rider. Estimated fares are based on distance and service type. DumaHero facilitates matching but does not guarantee rider availability.
7. Delivery Policies
Delivery services cover food, groceries, parcels, pabili, and personal errands. Riders and partners are expected to handle items with care. Real-time tracking is provided where available to keep all parties informed.
8. Cancellation Policies
Cancellations may be initiated by the client or rider. Repeated unjustified cancellations may affect account standing. Fees may apply for cancellations after a booking has been accepted and the rider has proceeded.
9. Account Suspension
DumaHero may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users, the platform, or the community. Suspended users will be notified of the reason where appropriate.
10. Prohibited Activities
Users must not use DumaHero for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities, including transporting prohibited items, misrepresenting identity, abusing the rating system, or attempting to circumvent payments and platform fees.
11. Limitation of Liability
DumaHero acts as a platform connecting users, riders, and business partners. To the extent permitted by law, DumaHero is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent riders or business partners, or for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the service.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of DumaHero after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
